The idea of living in former slaughterhouse area might seem a bit odd. But why actually? Original Art Nouveau buildings, organised urban structure and close proximity to city centre form perfect opportunities for future housing area. Our team has created programme document and a simplified master plan which will be used as point of departure for this complex project. This area will serve as centre of living, culture and gastronomy.

Three conceptual themes were introduced for the project:
first is an evaluation of area's unique architecture, second the existing public space and third is the system of public greenery. These themes should frame the future development of the area.
