Stockholm Royal Seaport is a city development project with high ecological profile. It's one of the most progressive projects in Scandinavia. Stockholm city is planning to construct 26 000 apartments and 30 000 work places. The entire district is going to be CO2 neutral until 2020. Our task was to design south-east part, which used to be an old industrial harbour. This project was quite a challenge due to lack of construction space and high demands on developed area. The city needed to construct more than 2000 apartments with services and recreational spaces.
